Chris Santalucia
Chris Santalucia serves as our Director of Shepherding among other areas as our resident "jack of all trades". In his free time, Chris enjoys eating popcorn every Sunday night with his wife, Christine, working on home improvement projects, and a cheesesteak from Joe's Pizza.

Ben Hazen
Chelsea Hill
Ben Hazen has been serving at CBC for over 16 years in several roles, most recently as Director of Discipleship and Missions Chairman. When Ben is not working he enjoys watching black-and-white movies, eating a good cheeseburger, and playing football with his boys.
Chelsea Hill is an Administrative Assistant at CBC. In the midst of wrangling three little boys, she enjoys camping with her family, hiking, and anything else that takes place outside. Although she would not consider herself a history buff, she has a growing interest in American history and enjoys reading books and watching documentaries about World War II.
Elders
We believe that the early church leadership structure clearly demonstrates a plurality of leadership between Elders and Deacons.
The primary focus of the elders is spiritual shepherding and equipping of all members of the body to live in line with all that God desires for our lives. God’s Word is the source of all we do individually and corporately to grow in intimacy with the Lord Jesus Christ. We believe that elders are called and equipped to instruct, rebuke, and encourage the church with loving long-suffering from the Word.

Deacons
We believe that the early church leadership structure clearly demonstrates a plurality of leadership between Elders and Deacons.
The primary focus of the deacons is a helping ministry in any area of work that is needed to assist the Elders in their primary responsibility of equipping the church for the works of ministry. Deacons are the servant-leaders of the church who minister to the physical needs of the church body. Their ministry is to be an administrative arm of the elders.
